To login, admin user can click on "Settings">"CRM Settings">"Extensions">"ESOffice365". Other kind of users can find configurations settings in Calendar module. From Settings you can log into an Office365 account so you can sync it to a Vtiger user, possibly you can change it later. You can choose whether the link between Vtiger and Office365 should be bidirectional or go from Vtiger to Office365 or vice versa; you can also disable synchronization at any time you want.

The integration can be automated through planned activities, or managed manually using the appropriate "Sync now" button. Once synchronization has taken place, created, updated and deleted records of both Vtiger and Office365 can be viewed.

The application must be registered on the Azure portal with a specific name via Office account. This operation must be carried out on a one-off basis and will be valid for the entire Vtiger system.

On the portal you will have to indicate the redirect URI to the application, which will be called by Office365 after authentication. The application will be assigned a single CLIENT ID which must necessarily be implemented within the App in order to access the Office365 APIs securely.
